A Bit About Therapy.

At Whole Health Psychology, therapy consists of one hour, one - to - one sessions.
It is a space to feel safe, to talk, share, and come up with a plan together - to relieve emotional distress and enhance your overall wellbeing.
I aim to ensure the therapeutic approach is best suited to each client’s needs.
The person is a whole being, and I work to place emphasis on the connection between the mind and body.
The relationship between the therapist and client is a central piece in the therapeutic process. I provide a safe, non - judgemental and confidential space in which the client can explore and process their thoughts, life and experiences.
