At Whole Health Psychology, therapy consists of one hour, one - to - one sessions with a qualified Health Psychologist.
Aideen Stack specialises in working with people with Chronic Health Conditions.

It is a space to feel safe, to talk, share, and come up with a therapy plan together - to relieve emotional distress and enhance your overall wellbeing.
The aim is to ensure individualised care, the therapeutic approach is best suited to each client’s needs.
Perhaps you are feeling stuck, flat, overwhelmed or “over it”, through therapy we can learn ways to live with and manage life’s ups and downs, and focus on what’s really important without getting sucked into what’s not.

A bit about therapy

The person is a whole being, and the approach at
Whole Health Psychology is to place emphasis on the connection between the mind and body. We explore the importance of caring for both, with a particular focus on how our thoughts and emotions can impact on how we physically feel.
The relationship between the therapist and client is a central connection in the therapeutic process. It is a safe, non - judgemental and confidential space in which each client can explore and process their thoughts, life and experiences.
